Gem de rosii - Tomato jam - Paradicsom lekvar

Ingredientele mele:
*1,5 kg suc de rosii
*500 g zahar
*1 lamaie - coaja razuita si zeama stoarsa
*1 lg (lingurita) rasa de scortisoara (praf)
*1/4 lg ghimbir macinat
*7 buc cuisoare

Mod de preparare:
-Pentru ca aveam deja pe foc rosii pentru bulion, am luat de acolo 1,5 kg de suc.
-Am adaugat restul ingredientelor si am lasat totul pe foc mic.
-Cand a inceput sa bolboroseasca, am stat langa oala si am amestecat ca sa nu se prinda.
-La mine sosul gros nu s-a format asa repede ca la Elena. 
Am fiert in doua reprize, ca atata am rezistat in sauna din bucatarie.
Am fiert in prima repriza 45 min, apoi spre seara inca 1 ora.
-Cand am considerat ca am transpirat destul gemul s-a ingrosat suficient, l-am pus asa fierbinte in borcane 
(fierbinti, sterilizate cateva minute la microunde), pe care apoi le-am trimis la culcare sub o patura pana a doua zi.

Mi-a iesit cam 865 g de gem (din cate am calculat dupa borcane).
Desigur ca a ramas si pentru degustare :)
VERDICT: SUPEEEEEEEER! neasteptat de bun, aromat si parfumat!


My Ingredients:
* 1.5 kg tomato juice
* 500 g sugar
* 1 lemon - zest grated + juice
* 1 teaspoon grated cinnamon (powder)
* 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
* 7 piece cloves

Method of preparation:
-Because I already had a big pot of tomatoes on fire for tomato sauce, I got 1.5 kg of juice from there.
-Added the remaining ingredients and let everything come to a boil on minimum intensity flame.
-When the sauce started to boil, I stood next to the pot and stirred frequently.
-My sauce did not become thick as quickly so Elena's. 
So I needed to cook in two stages, first  45 minutes, then later in the evening a further 1 hour.
-When I thought I sweated enough the jam has thickened enough, I put the hot jam in warm jars
(sterilized few minutes in the microwave) then I "sent them to bed" to cool slowly under a blanket until the next day. :)

Of course there was some left for tasting :)
SUPEEEEEEEER! Unexpectedly good, flavorful and fragrant!


Hozzávalók:
* 1,5 kg paradicsomlé
* 500 g cukor
* 1 citrom - reszelt héja + leve
* 1 teáskanál fahéj (por)
*1/4 teáskanál őrölt gyömbér
* 7 db szegfűszeg

Az elkészítés módja:
-Mert nekem már volt egy nagy fazék paradicsomszlé a tűzön, onnan vettem ki  1,5 kg levet.
-Hozzáadtam a többi hozzávalót és kis lángon hagytam főni.
-Amikor forrni kezdett  gyakran kavargattam nehogy odakpajon.
-Nekem nem sűrűsödött be olyan gyorsan mint Elena-nak.
Ezért két szakaszban főztem, először 45 percig, majd este később még egy órát.
-Amikor úgy gondoltam hogy eleget izzadtam eléggé besűrűsödött a lekvár, forrón tettem befőttesüvegekbe (néhány perc sterilizálás mikrohullámú sütőben) aztán küldtem őket aludni dunsztolni egy takaró alatt másnapig. :)

Természetesen maradt kóstolásra is :)

Stiu ca e doar un film animat, dar atat de simpatic mi-a fost sobolanutul Remy, cum stia el sa aprecieze mancarea bine pregatita, a invatat de la tv sa gateasca, faza cu explozia de gusturi cand combini ingredientele si motto-ul lui Gusteau "Anyone can cook!" Indemnata de primele succese si de aprecierile celor din jur, mi-am zis ca pot si io, asa ca am inceput cu prajiturile pt ca mi s-au parut mai prietenoase, mai usor de fotografiat si parca ceva mai simplu de realizat decat mancarurile gatite. Si vorba unui prieten "Sigur iti ies toate daca pui atata suflet".
